CAUSE 1 : The LAN cable is disconnected.

SOLUTION : Verify, reconnect or change the LAN

cable

CAUSE 2 : The switch or the router are faulty or

turn off . The socket of switch or router are faulty

or off

SOLUTION : Ask the network administrator/IT to

verify the network devices (router and switch)

CAUSE 3: LAN socket on the wall is faulty or off.

The cabling is faulty

SOLUTION : Verify or ask the network administ-

rator/IT to verify the LAN socket on the wall and

the cabling

CAUSE 3: LAN socket of the mailing system is

faulty or off

SOLUTION : Change the baseboard or the base
